By accessing or using LandMake ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may modify these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.
LandMake is an AI-powered platform that generates landing pages from text prompts. The Service includes code generation, AI image creation, site hosting, deployment, version history, GitHub integration, and related features. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and all account activity. You must be at least 18 years old. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Payments are processed by Polar.sh (Merchant of Record). Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period — you keep access until then. Refunds are handled by Polar.sh. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
Each generation consumes credits per your plan. Paid plan credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. Free plan credits are one-time. Abuse of the credit system may result in termination.
You retain ownership of your prompts. Generated output (HTML, CSS, JS, images) is provided for your use. AI-generated works may not qualify for copyright in all jurisdictions. We make no guarantee of uniqueness or non-infringement. Similar prompts may produce similar results. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use.
You agree not to: generate illegal, harmful, or objectionable content; violate laws or IP rights; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the Service; generate content promoting violence or discrimination; use automated means beyond normal usage; or resell the Service.
The Service integrates with Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Anthropic, Polar.sh, and GitHub. Your use of these is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability or actions.
Deployed sites are hosted on our infrastructure. We may remove sites that violate these terms, are inactive 90+ days, or burden our systems. We do not guarantee uptime of deployed sites.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDMAKE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties.
You agree to indemnify LandMake against claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, access ceases immediately. You may delete your account through Settings or by contacting us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina. EU users retain mandatory consumer protection rights under their local law.
